About Us

About Us

WE ARE NOT A MESSIANIC CHURCH BUT A KINGDOM MOVEMENT CHURCH.

The Vancouver Voice of Hope Church was founded by Dr. Moses Fraser and his wife, Valentina, with a vision to bring hope, healing, and spiritual renewal to men and women who have been disappointed by religion and are seeking a genuine relationship with the Holy Spirit and a church family they can call home.

At Vancouver Voice of Hope, we believe that following Christ is not about joining another denomination—it is about becoming part of the Kingdom of God. We are not a Messianic movement; rather, we are a Christ-centered community committed to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.

Our passion is to help every person discover their God-given purpose, develop their unique calling, and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Through biblical teaching, heartfelt worship, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we encourage believers to become agents of positive transformation in their families, workplaces, and communities.

No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. We invite you to experience God's love, find belonging, and walk in the destiny He has prepared for your life.

Our Values

Worship & Study

By reaching out to and serving those around us, we will share God's love and His message of hope with the people in our community.

Evangelism & Outreach

Through weekly Bible studies, worship gatherings, and small groups, we will learn more about God and grow in our knowledge and love for Him.

Missions & Sending

By making disciples and supporting fellow believers as they step out to launch new churches and ministries around the world, we will expand our reach to exhibit God's love to people across the globe.
